Basil Pesto


  • 2 x cups Basil
  • 2 x cloves garlic
  • 45g cup toasted pine nuts
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 60g grated Parmesan


  1. Toast pine nuts and let them cool
  2. Add pine nuts, garlic and basil to hand blender and blend
  3. Add oil and blend until well combined
  4. Stir in Parmesan
