Homemade crepes with chicken & mushroom

Ingredients :

  • Boiled meat – 600 g
  • Sautéed mushrooms 300 g
  • Onion – 3 pcs.
  • Allspice – to taste
  • Ground nutmeg – to taste
  • Cooking oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Meat broth – 100 g
  • Sour cream 150 – 200 g

 

Cut the onion into thin strips and fry in cooking oil. Add mushrooms salt, allspice, nutmeg, or your favourite spices.

Scroll the boiled meat in a meat grinder, add onion and mushrooms. Mixes everything with broth ( optional) and sour cream until it become soft and smooth.

Put two tablespoons of meat filling on the pancake and spread it over the entire pancake. Roll the pancake into a tight roll. Put all the pancakes in a convenient container, cover with a lid and refrigerate for storage.
